About Eva
Eva has over 17 years of experience in office management and her experience and skills are wide ranging from HR, employee relations, payroll management, financial support, vendor and contract management and facility management  to name just a few.

At p2-i, Eva is the People & Culture and Academy Director. She is the “glue” in our company, responsible for  nurturing our people, driving our company culture and running our back-office. She also leads the Academy, and together with Ani, is responsible to ensure or consulting team is up to speed on the latest certifications and skills required.

About Raghnild 

Ranghild has over 30 years of finance management and project controlling experience in the IT services sector. She is well versed in budgeting & Forecasting, financial reporting, cashflow management, cost tracking & control, revenue recognition and compliance.

At p2-i, Ranghild manages the financial operations which include project cost tracking and control, customer invoicing and all internal and external financial monitoring, reporting and compliance.

About Amit

Amit is an experienced IT Project Leader, Business and Solution Architect, and CoE (Centre of Excellence) Manager, with a strong focus on ERP implementation and digital transformation.

At p2-i Amit plays a critical role in connecting the customer’s business stakeholders and the p2-i consulting teams, ensuring that strategic objectives are effectively translated into practical, scalable solutions. With deep expertise in Infor LN, CE and related systems, Amit leads initiatives in process re-engineering, solution design, and system integration, delivering efficient and scalable solutions across industries for our customers. As CoE Manager, Amit also drives best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement, across projects.

About John

John is a seasoned Professional Services Director and Project Manager with over 34 years of IT experience, including 24 years at Infor. He has led complex, cross-industry projects for 15+ years and managed high-performing consulting teams for over 9 years, including a global team in recent years.

At p2-i John leads our PMO team and drives successful project delivery, innovation, and technology adoption across industries. He is an advocate for change and ongoing process improvement, driving the use of current standards and processes while constantly looking for opportunities to improve so that our delivery teams have the structure, process, and methods to successfully deliver great solutions and increase the value we bring to our customers.

About Ani
With a foundation in Infor LN logistics and a background in ERP consulting, Ani brings valuable industry experience to developing impactful consultant training programs.

At p2-i, Ani leads the p2-i academy focused on talent development, professional growth, and customized client education. Having progressed from an Infor Logistics Consultant to Academy Lead, Ani blends hands-on ERP expertise with a passion for learning and people development to design scalable training solutions. Collaborating closely with HR and delivery teams, Ani ensures training aligns with business needs and equips both new and experienced consultants for success.

About Alessandro

Alessandro is a proficient Senior Technical Consultant and Technical Team Lead with 8 years of experience in building complex solution integrations involving Infor OS, Infor LN and other application. He is skilled in the entire lifecycle of interface design and development, from planning and implementation to testing, go-live, and post-live support.

At p2-i, Paulo is a Principal Business Consultant, working closely with customers to design and implement Infor LN ERP software that meets the customers desired business outcomes.
